The Boathouse Muskoka welcomes guests July through September for bespoke weekends and accommodation only stays. The boathouse has one Queen bed only and is ideal for 1 or 2 guests- a couple or a girlfriends getaway (if you don't mind sharing a bed). Some exceptions will be made to include additional 3rd guest, example: infant/ child for additional charge per night)
For couples or friends looking for a beautiful boathouse on the water we offer a next level "glamping" experience.
The Boathouse is a restored 100 year old original open concept living space spread out over two levels, with floor to ceiling windows, 3 piece bathroom, kitchenette, with downstairs Queen bed and seating area.
We are not a 5 star hotel, remember this is glamping! Our furnishings are modern and light, with beautiful linens in beach house style and amenities are top notch, including hi speed wifi. However, this is an older boathouse with character and charm, original windows and doors. Be prepared to see a small chip of paint here and there. I love a Four Seasons, but if that is what you are looking for- we aren't it!
The Boathouse does not have a kitchen, but rather a kitchenette with new microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and a small barbecue for your exclusive use right outside your entrance.
The Boathouse is connected via an outdoor deck to the main cottage. Your hosts (my family and I) live at the cottage during the Summer and the cottage will most likely be occupied during your boathouse stay.
Outdoor space is shared with our family. We have multiple decks and a huge dock with a small beach area.
We have a Malibu ski/wakeboard boat that comes with driver and can be rented by the hour or half hour for sunset cruises and lake tours. Yoga on the dock, personal training and massages overlooking the water can also be booked at additional charge subject to availability.
Rates:
Most stays are accommodation only with optional add ons. However, we do offer an almost all inclusive luxury option on select weekends.
Weekday accommodation only rate $400 per evening
Weekend accommodation only rate $500 per evening
Almost all inclusive rate is $1850 for two guests per weekend, (2 evenings)
All rates have an additional cleaning fee of $125 and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to stay including rental rate, damage deposit and cleaning fee in order to guarantee reservation. No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.

Saturday morning yoga class on the dock followed by Champagne Brunch
Optional kayak and hike to lookout, swim and sunbath or return to your inner child and take a jump on our water trampoline with walk the plank and slide.
Saturday evening prix fixe three course farm to table dinner with bespoke wine pairings served on your waterfront deck or ensuite overlooking the lake, Sunset boat cruise.
Sunday morning elevated continental breakfast prior to check out featuring local artisan pastries and fresh fruit.
