The two storey home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and an office. The main floor has been completely refinished and features a two-sided fireplace and open concept living room/kitchen, along with a 55 inch screen TV with access to multiple streaming services. Bose stereo system and Wifi is also included.

The large water front deck provides plenty of room to enjoy lounging in the sun, watching out over the bay or star gazing at nighttime. There is a sunken hot tub built into the deck, along with lounge chairs and a large rectangular umbrella to protect you from the sun's rays.

The home has many comforts to ensure you can truly enjoy your stay including: air conditioning, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, bbq and all the kitchen amenities you will need. There is a one-person sit-on kayak and two bicycles that you can use to explore the surrounding area (bicycle helmets not included).
