Newly renovated spacious and quiet 3-bedroom cottage 100m from a private beach on Lake Simcoe.

Our cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is not suitable for loud parties as per the Town of Georgina Noise By-law.

Inside:

- Master bedroom: king bed
- Bedroom #2: double and twin beds
- Bedroom #3: bunk bed (double bed on lower lever, twin bed on 2nd level)
- Living room: sofa large enough for one adult, double sofabed, fireplace (electric), large TV with HDMI cable (bring your laptop to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.), lots of sitting spaces.
- Kitchen: Stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishware, pots and pens
- Washroom: Shower/Bath tub, double sink, toilet
- Laundry: Washer and Dryer

All bedding, indoor towels, soap and shampoo, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, napkins and toilet paper provided.
Bring your own beach towels.

Outside:

Backyard features a large 2-tier deck with table, chairs and BBQ.
Enjoy family nights around a fire pit or jump around on a trampoline.
Go for a bike ride (2 bicycles provided: 1 adult, 1 child - 9-10 years).

Beach:

Private beach is just 100m from the cottage. It is equipped with swing set, benches, Muskoka lawn chairs and a dock for swimming.
Public beach with kid's playground is 800m away.

Neighborhood:

Quite lakeside neighbourhood.
