The One is a unique luxurious private 20th century historic villa escape in the center of north Toronto. Having a stunning and spacious lawn for events and social gathering, this modern house is featured a thermostatic indoor swimming pool. Being inspired from a farmhouse building, the house offering a traditional touch on the vintage furniture and a rustic interior that gives a warm and cozy feelings. ENTERTAINMENT ALL YEAR 8-feet pool table (1st floor) - separate room with an outdoor terrace - watching nice view from large floor window thermostatic indoor swimming pool (1st floor) (NO hot tub) - water remain temperature at 26C/ 78F-28C/82F all the time
