As a 4 bedroom Cottage with a Bunkie. There is an abundance of space for families and friends. Both buildings are heated by either gas furnace or electric heat and window a/ c. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, with windows overlooking the property. The cottage is located across a quiet cottage road from the dock, a stones throw from the cottage down the driveway. Desirable waterfront with clear swimable water with hard packed shallow water near shore. Just off the kitchen is a table with views up the lake where you can relax over breakfast and morning coffee.

14 foot aluminum boat with newer 9.9hp four stroke motor. Boater license REQUIRED (PLEASURE CRAFT OPERATOR) . Life jackets must be work by occupants.

Long views up the lake!
Very quiet, especially in fall, winter, and spring. Neighbouring cottages are rarely occupied, and when they are, you cannot hear or see them, unless you want to.
The cottage is 25 minutes north of Huntsville, where there are restaurants, a movie theatre, the Algonquin Theatre, and many outdoor festivals and shows.
We are 8 minutes south of Burks Falls, where you can get groceries or stop at the LCBO.
In Katrine, just off the highway, you will find a general store with a pizzeria.
Algonquin Park, Arrowhead Provincial Park, and Mikisew Provincial Park are all within an hour's drive of the cottage. Arrowhead Park offers the outdoor skating trail, cross country ski trails, and snow shoe trails (equipment rental also available).
