The Evergreen Escape is a perfect mix of modern living and Georgian Bay cottage beach life. The breathtaking family friendly beaches and a peaceful oasis are only 80min drive from the GTA. You will be a short 5-minute stroll to a beautiful sandy and clear water beach, and minutes away from dozens of fun activities including Wasaga Beach, Penetanguishene, and Midland (Winners and HomeSense). A 2-storey, 2 living room, 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom raised bungalow with a large deck accessible from both levels, packed with modern comforts and amenities. The house has truly lightening-fast internet (Rogers Ignite with downloads tested at 650mbts). The 2,000 sq ft house also features City water which is very rare for this area. Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master bedroom - queen bed and option for 1 or 2 toddler beds and a large closet. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. If needed, a foldable desk is available and a screen with an HDMI cable (can also be stored in the closet if not neededu).

Lower Level
Bedroom 4 - double bed + futon couch that is also a very comfortable queen bed (if needed)
In addition, the lower level has a large rec room with a dry bar, an extra fridge and plenty of seating that allows for multiple groups to hang out on both levels. Kids also have plenty of room to play or watch Disney+. If needed, the foldable desk is available and a screen with an HDMI cable.
Outdoor
The large backyard features a contained metal fire pit with tons of seating. The surrounding trees on the lot provide room to explore and a perfect setting for a game of hide and seek.
Stargazing outdoors by the fire on Muskoka chairs is a perfect finale to your beach, ski or hiking day, or any other day for that matter.
As for the warmer months, we've put just as much attention into the outdoor spaces of the house as we have the inside. There's plenty of dining and lounge seating on the patio and barbecue for your use for great dining.
On a quiet morning or at dusk, you can often catch sight of deer in the winter. And there are no shortage of adorable bunnies and other wildlife to watch while you listen to the birds sing.
We are SO in love with this house and the area, and are thrilled to share it with our guests!
You will be able to use the entire house. (minus the mechanical room and Storage area).

There is a keypad on the door, the code to which we will provide closer to check-in.
