guests will have private access to entire house and the deck, (except for the storage room on the first floor) Guests can also enjoy the 68 Acre land, include the garden , the trails. ( the garage is currently under construction, not allowed to use, but you can charge your EV Car from there.)The yard is not exclusively used by guests, farm staffs and contractors will come here for work).
- We have a strict no smoking (incl. vapes, e-cigs) / no drug policy - please treat our home with respect. If the house rules are not adhered to, guests may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Any additional cleaning and/or damages will result in a fine up to $1000 from the security deposit.

From the gate of our land , you can explore 20 km of rolling lakeside and farmland views on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Ontario. You can also visit many farm-to-table options in the area - galleries, shops, & beach trails.
Our property is only an hour away from Toronto, minutes drive away from the 401, 2 blocks from the local transit, and 2000 meters away from the train station that can take you to both Kingston and Toronto. The property is also located very near the Port Hope Beach. A short and beautiful drive takes you to Cobourg, its harbor, and its fabulous beach.
Although our property is on a quiet and peaceful 68-acre farm land, it's only a 2 minute drive to the commercial industry area with many stores including Tim Hortons and Davis' your Independent Grocer etc. The peaceful property is also only a 5 minute drive to the busy Downtown Port Hope, where all the events and celebrations in Port Hope take place throughout the year.
