THE SPACE
Open concept home renovated within the last 5 years which include: bamboo flooring throughout; kitchen with built in stainless steel appliances and solid wood cabinets, updated bathrooms, basement has heated flooring, screened in Muskoka room, granite stairs and landscaping, docks; the list goes on. Gorgeous lake and tree vistas from many of the rooms.
The living room has a walk out deck that overlooks Fairy lake. Enjoy the cathedral ceilings and the gas fireplace for those chilly Muskoka evenings. Walk around the corner to the media room with a wood burning fireplace plus a walk into the fabulous Muskoka room. This Muskoka room is used all summer long, it is as though you are sitting in the trees. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining - your guests can sit and chat in the dining area or they can also enjoy access to the BBQ area and onto the deck overlooking the lake.
The main floor library is fabulous for anyone who is working from home the internet is very fast! The upper level has 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 decks and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has views of Fairy lake plus an Ensuite and walk through closet. The lower level is a spacious family room with a bathroom plus a walkout separate entrance - it also has heated floors.
The waterfront is wonderful with a fire pit and docks. Kids will swim all day long here. Shallow and sandy/rocky at the shoreline and 5 feet deep off of the dock. The long wide views of Fairy lake will mesmerize anyone.
The views from the lake house are exceptional - and just as stunning when you get down to the dock. There are multiple flights of stairs to the dock but it is well worth the short exercise! There is lighting all the way down to the dock as well!

This is NOT a party home. Noise by laws in effect. Maximum of 8 Guests. You will be asked to leave immediately if you are having a party.
Smoking is NOT allowed ANYWHERE on our property. Doing so will result in losing your security deposit.
Pets are NOT permitted on our property. We love animals but we unfortunately are unable to host pets. Doing so will result in losing your security deposit.
Please note - our home is licensed to host a maximum of 8 guests. We are unable to host a group larger than this.
Screened Porch Room is closed from November 1 to May 20 due to weather.
The dock is closed/removed from November 1 to May 20 due to weather. Enter stairs down to dock at your own risk. Stairs to dock are not shoveled during winter. We cannot guarantee there will not be ice or snow.
