Bunkie is equiped with a double futon, twin bunk. - Charming 4 season cottage on Lac Neil in the municipality of Alleyn and Cawood in the Outaouais. Summertime Enjoyment: - Cottage has approximately 100' waterfront that is a mixture of gradual, sandy slopes and deeper areas for diving and going down the slide (very few weeds and rocks). - The large dock is a great place to enjoy the slide, lay in the sun, swim & hang out with family and friends. - Lots of deep water areas for diving off the floating dock or going down the slide. - Cottage renters have access to a BBQ, canoe, 2 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak, stand up paddle board, floating dock and large supply of life jackets. - Enjoy your morning coffee on our beautiful deck overlooking the water. Glass railings provide un-obstructed views; perfect place to wind down for the evening. - Adults can entertain on the deck or dock while kids play safely in the water. - Outdoor area features a dedicated area for children to play including a playset and sand box. - Firepit overlooking the water is a perfect place to end your evenings; don't forget to bring your marshmallows! A starter kit of firewood is also included in your rental. - Cottage offers open concept living room/ dining room with large picture windows and patio door to provide a floor to ceiling view of the lake from every angle.

| Our family had an incredible time during our week stay. The cottage and property are very well kept, super clean and overall amazing views. It had everything we needed for our family of 6. The kids especially loved the slide. The lake is totally free of seaweeds, which made swimming even more enjoyable. The owners are incredibly helpful too! We hope to return soon!!

| We've rented many cottages throughout the years and this, by far, is the best one! Our family had a great week at this cottage! We enjoyed the activities (kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming) on this beautiful lake and spending time on the dock. The cottage is well equipped and the amenities are great. The owners could not have been better to deal with - friendly, helpful and extremely prompt to reply to any emails or requests. Highly recommend for a family get away!

| We just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage. The lake is beautiful and so clear and inviting. The cottage has everything you might need. The amenities are great. We loved the dock and the canoe and kayaks. My grandson loved going out in the canoe. He also loved the fishing, there is an abundance of fish. We had a great time and will definitely plan on returning.

| 5 stars in every regard. The owners were great to work with, even though they were enjoying their own family vacation at the time. Prompt and pleasant communication, and they have a very nice and handy info brochure on how to operate all aspects of the cottage.
The price is very fair for the amenities, which include wood, a well tooled kitchen, clean and updated space, watercraft, linens etc etc.
The space is very clean and nicely updated with new appliances and a great layout. The setting is so beautiful, on a quiet lake with beautiful hills in every direction.
The location is a great distace from Ottawa, not too far to be a hassle but far enough to feel away from things.
One thing to suggest to others, don't forget to bring cooking/drinking water. The water is potable but verrrry iron rich.

| Spectacular view of the lake as soon as you enter this cozy cottage. The grandchildren loved the floating dock, the slide, and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. We adults enjoyed our coffee and meals on the large deck overlooking the lake. The cottage is lovely and family friendly. Sleeping accommodations were extremely comfortable and inviting. We definitely plan on returning.
