Addition includes table and chairs, 2 recliners, window air conditioner, wall mounted Samsung 32" Smart TV, 2 ceiling fans, under counter fridge, countertop cabinet with drawers and storage cabinet.
Also included metal sided shed, propane gas grill, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery.
Seasonal campsite fees are additional to purchase price to Browns Campground. The seasonal rate for this site is $2975 per season + $275 direct sewer hookup. Hydro usage is mired and billed annually.
