Our Cozy super clean cottage located at tiny town georgian bay , has water view to Farlain lake.
Our cottage is design for family, that love to be relax and enjoy view and BBQ.
10 minutes drive to town. you can find everything in Penetanguishene and midland georgian bay in simcoe county,(supermarkets, liquor store, beer store restaurants, coffee shops), lot's tourist attractions and beautiful places for hiking
3 bed room cottage, each room has two brand new single bed.
6 bed in total, new mattress, new sheets, pillow, pillow cases and comforters
Brand new kitchen and appliances(fridge, stove, dishes and cutlery)

Price
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $900 Six people (Arrive Friday 11am Departure Monday 8am)
Long weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) $1200 six people(Arrive Friday 11am Departure Tuesday 8am)
Week day minimum two days $700 six people(two complete nights)
This agreement is based on the list of guests provided by the renter.
Any additional guest will be charge $70 dollars per person and has to be owner approval, extra person fee is not refundable if is not attending, children under 1 year old of age are free of charge.
Payment Terms
The initial deposit of 50% in order to guarantee the reservation, the rest must be paid before move in.
Deposit has to be made via interact (e-transfer).
Deposit of $500 dollars require for any damage to cottage and send via interact (e-transfer)
Cottage Cleaning
Cottage must be left in the same condition as you found it, neat, organized, ready for next renters, otherwise you will be charged $250 dollars for cleaning.
Kitchen staff must be placed on proper shelves.
Refrigerator ,must be emptied.
Stove must be left clean.
Do not move furniture around.
Septic System
Cottage operate on septic system ,only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
Do not put any solid waste or grease down to the kitchen sink as well washroom faucet.
Camp Fire
Small camp fire permitted in designated area ,especially during dry season.
Do not burn, carboard ,plastic, cans and glass
Make sure to put down fire with water and make sure it's off before you go to bed.
Fire wood cost $20 per cart if you use.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be in writing and call owner not less than 40 days, money will be reimburse ,minus $150 for administration fee.
Terms and Conditions
1.Renters must locked and turn the power off and water must be shut down during leaving cottage.
2.Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed.
3.Do not throw any cigarette butts on groundfire safety reason(fire) dispose of any cigarette butts in safe manner.
4.No loud music or party allowed.
5.Do not disturb the neighbors at any time.
6.Renters (adult) are responsible for any under 18 years old.
7.Renters must have their own insurance for period of time in cottage.
8.BBQ have to be off position and close knobs after use.
9.No pet allowed
10. Renters are responsible for any loss or injury to themselves during cottage rent period.
11. No fire works are allowed in this cottage.
12.Please remove your shoes inside the cottage.
13.Garbage and recycle must be in proper bin out side of cottage and lock.
