Welcome to our beautiful and specious waterfront cottage. The cottage is surrounded with nature and peaceful canal which has access to the Simcoe Lake. it has also a private dock for boating, swimming and fishing. You can even park your boat at the dock. It is about 1.5 hour drive from Toronto. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 washrooms, living room w/ fireplace, dining room, 3 kitchens, laundry room, thankless BBQ, fire pit & patio furniture.
