New construction! The Birchs' Lair is the perfect place to unwind in the heart of the forest. This warm wooden chalet is located 10 min. from the Massif de Charlevoix and 20 min. from Mont-Sainte-Anne. With a fireplace, a spa, heated floors and a football table, it is fully equipped to ensure a cozy stay.
Wide variety of activities nearby: skiing and snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, alpine hiking, mountain biking and more.
The cottage is designed to accommodate 8 people but can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a double bed as well as a double bunk bed and a futon on the mezzanine.
On the ground floor, a rest area with hanging chair and daybed chair allows you to relax while admiring the forest. A play area is also set up on the mezzanine with a babyfoot table, a hanging chair, books and board games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Chinese fondue stove, raclette oven, cheese fondue stove, standard electric coffee maker, microwave oven and dishwasher.
