Stunning morning sunrises with windows wall to wall facing the waterfront. Sunroom is the perfect place to curl up and relax and enjoy all of this tranquility.
Seating for 4+ at the table for a breathtaking breakfast or an unwinding dinner. Full galley kitchen with everything that you need and did I mention it also looks out to the lakefront so you do not miss a thing.
Outdoor furniture provided, two picnic tables (one has a drop in charcoal BBQ) also here for your enjoyment. Plus, another full-size BBQ for the larger meals.
Master BR has a queen size bed with an armour. Second BR has a set of bunk beds and a full dresser. Third BR has a futon that pulls out for the snorer! This room also has a stackable washer and dryer with a laundry tub.
Bath has a walk-in shower with storage for towels etc.

Weekly Rental: Sunday to Sunday
50% of rental cost due at booking and remainder due upon arrival
Security Deposit: $500 to be returned within 7 days after renting.
Cleaning Fee: $150.00 if not left in same condition as upon arrival.
Cancellation Notice: 30 days notice or more, a full refund provided. Less than 30 days, a $250 rebooking fee will be charged.
