Luxury cottage on beautiful Skootamatta Lake. This cottage has the best of both worlds. A 100 year old log cabin and a modern addition.
The log cabin has a soaring fieldstone log burning fireplace (Wood provided) , a dining table, desk area and seating around the 55" TV (Satellite channels, Netflix and Prime included).There is a furnace in case the evenings get cool.
Unlimited WIFI is also included.
Two decks off of the log cabin have seating to take in the views.
The 4 season sun porch also has a dining table and a sleeper sofa. We guarantee the sunsets from this porch will be forever etched in your memory. Hence the name SkootaMagic !
The addition has a gourmet kitchen with all of your dishes, utensils, pots etc. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a Nespresso.
The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher (soap provided), fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser. The cottage is on a well so no need to bring potable water.
Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make this kitchen a dream to prepare meals in all the while having a view of the lake.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4.
There is a sitting room off the kitchen with another 50" TV and 12 feet of sliding doors to maximize the view.
The flagstone patio and bonfire pit are just beyond the sliding doors.
There is a master bedroom with a Queen size bed (All linens are provided) with an ensuite with toilet and sink.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.(Linens also provided)
