The Cottage and Location This IS a legal short term rental. It complies with the City of North Bay by-laws and is a licensed short term rental. Licence number 2023-8713. Renovated 2 bedroom log cottage on a quiet cul de sac. Sleeps 6. Ideal for family summer or winter getaways. Located only steps from the cottage is the host owned waterfront lot, providing guests private access to the sandy beach of Lake Nipissing. Enjoy swimming, watersports, boating and stunning sunsets. Large grassy front/ backyard with BBQ and outdoor firepit. Waterfront lot provides winter access to Lake Nipissing for ice fishing and snowmobile trails. Walking distance to restaurants/shops. Casino a 5 minute drive.
This cottage is nestled in the trees. Enjoy the convenience of being located in the City but the benefits of a country setting. A pathway to the Lake brings you to the private beach area exclusive to cottage guests. Enjoy the lakeside deck and use of the paddleboat, paddleboards, canoe or kayak.

The Neighbourhood
Quiet Crescent in a country setting nestled amongst the trees within the City of North Bay.
Crescent only has three cottages and two homes on it.
Access to the sandy beach of Lake Nipissing is through the host owned waterfront lot across the crescent from the cottage, just steps away. This is private access only for guests.
A public beach, play area and boat launch are located a 2 minute walk away at Sunset Park.
Cottage is walking distance to fine/casual dining, including: Churchill's Prime Rib House, White Owl Bistro and Crown and Beaver pub.
Grocery store, Beer Store, LCBO, Coffee Shops, Fast Food a 2 minute drive away. Casino a 5 minute drive.
Direct access to Lake Nipissing for ice fishing and the snowmobile trails right from the shores of the cottage. Ample snowmobile parking.
Voyageur Multi-Use Trail System (VMUTS) for prime atv trails, 25 minutes away.
