Big Bay Point Cozy Cottage

Newly renovated cozy cottage in Innisfil that is not directly on the lake but surrounded by water as it is at the point. It is close drive to beaches along Big Bay Point/25th Side Rd such as 10th Line (Leonard Beach) and Innisfil Beach. It is 2 minutes drive to Friday Harbour Resort with restaurants, stores, ice cream and more. Cottage space is nearly 700 sq ft, full kitchen with toaster oven, keurig machine, microwave, dishwasher, window A/C, dining area, living area with two single sleeper sofa beds (when pushed together can sleep two adults or 3 children), one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with stand up shower, and washer and dryer. We have a newly renovated and insulated garage/rec room that is 350 sq ft. with pool table, arcade, foosball table, window A/C, sink access and ottoman sofa sleepers that sleeps 2. However, due to having one bathroom in the cottage the garage/rec room sleepers have to enter cottage to use the bathroom. We have backyard activities to keep busy and entertained. We have a trampoline, bocci, corn hole, ladder game, etc . The cottage is in walking distance to water and doc for swimming and fishing. We provide linens, blankets, towels (indoor use only), we ask that you bring your own linens (double beds), blankets, towels if you feel more comfortable. Beach towels are not provided.
