At Mokki Stay, the forest is calling you. Rest/ recharge/WFH at our newly renovated boutique cottage nestled in the forest near Sir Sams Ski and Ride
Our private 8-acre property is 15 min from Haliburton and 2.5 hrs from Toronto.
Our tranquil 5-bed 2-bath home sleeps 8-10 and is equipped with many luxuries beyond the necessities. In addition to standard amenities like appliances + WiFi, enjoy our cedar sauna, gourmet kitchen, hotel linens + towels, and a bar fridge containing a gift for you at check-in.
The forest cabin has been designed and outfitted to sleep 8-10 adults comfortably @ 2per room
Five bedrooms and 2 full baths providing you with all the necessities to enjoy the comfort of your stay.
Hotel linens, bath and hand towels, coffee, tea, standard condiments, and spices provided.
Robes and slippers for your sauna experience!

We love how the house fills with natural light as it overlooks the tranquil views of our forest and pond. For guests who like to cook there is a fully stacked gourmet kitchen and island seating for 4.
The dining table seats 10.
For the days where you want to just stay in Netflix and chill, draw, read, or play games we have created a space downstairs for you to enjoy including a large whiteboard for Pictionary or off site meetings
Wood Burning Cedar Sauna - 4-6ppl wood is provided - please see guest book for further instructions.
Summer months - we do not have air conditioning, every room on the main floor has a ceiling fan.
Winter months, there are electric heaters in all the rooms and a wood stove in the basement which gets the house nice and toasty. Wood is provided for further instructions, please see guest book.

Guests have access to the entire house and property minus the pond. (still under eco construction)
Please use discretion when walking the trails as this is a live forest and at any given time there can be wildlife and tree that do come down.
