Sitting on Forest Lake in the Village of South River (30 minutes from Huntsville), this 6 bedroom modern luxury cottage is perfect for 3 or 4 families with kids to enjoy like celebrities! The entire wall of the house is glass, overlooking the lake. The top floor patio is a massive 500 square foot relaxation area with loungers, and a comfortable seating area, with the perfect lake view. The bottom floor is a walk out with 2 bedrooms (2 bunk beds in one room and a double bed in the other room) a bathroom and 10 foot ceilings. A ping pong table for everyone to enjoy, a large screen television with gaming consoles to enjoy, as well as Netflix, Prime, Crave and Disney. The main floor boasts a 20 foot ceiling, a big bedroom, a beautifully styled bathroom and a one of a kind custom gourmet kitchen with leathered granite 14 foot countertop island to sit around and enjoy a mimosa and some snacks. There is a 65 inch smart TV and a fireplace to enjoy your evenings with. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a stand alone bathtub and a large walk in shower, a laundry room and bridged area leading onto the massive patio.
Sleeps up 14 People (max 8 adults). Fully winterized, year-round availability with city road plowed throughout the winter. Excellent location for access to Algonquin park (10 minute walk to the entrance), with many snowmobile trails, hiking trails and even hunting cabins. Grocery store, Beer Store, Ice Cream spot, Gas Station, Fire Station etc.
Enjoy the 52 foot dock, with children's kayaks, full size paddle boards and water games/toys to enjoy for the whole family. The outdoor BBQ is located on the deck right outside of the fireplace (facing the lake), for easy prep. Enjoy our indoor fireplace in the winter months, cozying in and enjoying stunning sunsets. In the summer months, sit around our outdoor fire pit, enjoying margaritas and relaxing on your own private beach.
