| We just returned from a delightful 2 week stay at this lovely cottage in Muskoka.
The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how meticulously clean the cottage was. Everything was just as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We opted for the linens and towel service and everything was first rate.
The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room and seating in the great room for our family of 6. The downstairs Muskoka room was stocked with plenty of games, puzzles and toys.
The waterfront was beautiful. The cottage sits on a quiet part of the lake with very little motorboat traffic. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, enjoying the serenity of cottage life. There were 2 kayaks, a canoe and a stand up paddle board which we made use of daily. The shallow sandy entry to the lake was perfect for young children.
Viktoria the host provided a comprehensive welcome package and was easily accessible by email or text.
We would definitely recommend this cottage and in fact have already booked again for next year.

| Beautiful, well maintained cottage on a perfect Muskoka lake. My youngest daughter tends to get cold in lake water so having the hot tub to warm up in was definitely an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

| This is a truly lovely property - both inside and out! The house is fully equipped, clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need - dishes, pots/pans, cutlery - the works. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, and a fourth bedroom downstairs with a second full bathroom. The home is air conditioned (which helped during the more steamier days) but also has a welcoming fireplace (which we actually used to cut the chill when the weather started to get a wee bit crisp!). Outside is a hot tub, picnic table, fire pit (which we frequented in the evenings) and great water accessories that we took full advantage of including 2 kayaks, a canoe, a stand up paddle board along with several inflatable float toys. The lake is relatively quiet, very few powerboats come through and the lake bottom is fine sand closer to shore. Location-wise, it is 15 mins to Baysville and about a half hour from either Huntsville or Gravenhurst for more in-depth shopping/sightseeing if needed. The host, Viktoria, was wonderful and quickly responded to any queries we had and also provided some helpful insights into what to do in the area. All and all, a great home to unwind in and take in all that Muskoka has to offer.

| This was our second time at the cottage and it was another amazing experience for the whole family! We started our day with tea on the dock and enjoyed the mist on the lake as the sun rose over the trees. This set the tone for the day where we took advantage of the many amenities the cottage and lake had to offer. Of the many things already mentioned here, we especially liked the hot tub (as nighttime temperatures took an unusual dip while we were there), the fire pit and swimming in the pristine lake. Everything inside the cottage felt very clean and new. We enjoyed sleeping on the comfy beds and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Viktoria was a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!

| We had a fabulous week at this amazing cottage! The cottage was immaculate and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well appointed. There was a lot of space for everyone. Waterfront has easy entry, great for all ages. Viktoria was a wonderful host and we look forward to renting here again.
