Bienvenue à Bay Breeze sur la baie de Quinte. C'est l'un des lieux de pêche au doré et au bar les plus populaires. Amarrez votre bateau ou pêchez sur le quai. Ou simplement vous asseoir sur la grande terrasse (partiellement couverte), vous détendre et profiter de la vue. Il y a des fosses à fer à cheval dans la cour clôturée. À l'intérieur, vous disposerez de beaucoup d'espace avec une cuisine complète, un grand coin repas et un salon. Ou prenez un livre et détendez-vous dans la véranda donnant sur l'eau. Il y a trois chambres à coucher complètes, chacune avec tables de nuit et une commode. Chacune des trois chambres propose son propre thème. Il y a deux chambres avec lits doubles et une avec lits superposés. Tous les draps sont fournis. Le chalet est entièrement équipé avec vaisselle, couverts, casseroles et poêles, cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et un barbecue. Les serviettes pour la salle de bain et les torchons pour la cuisine sont fournis. Vous devrez fournir vos serviettes de bain, vos débarbouillettes et vos serviettes en papier. Des sacs poubelles et de l'eau potable sont fournis. Location minimum de 4 nuits requise. | Bay Breeze is a lovely cottage on Hay Bay. The view of the water from living room and the deck is spectacular. The cottage is fully equipped and has a window AC which is handy on those really hot days. 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely new LG TV for a rainy afternoon. Your hosts Kim and Rick are wonderful and easily a text message away for any concerns or questions. We have rented for 2021 and 2022 and will be back in 2023. Highly recommended!!!

| Thank you to Kim aand Rick for letting us rent your cottage. This is our second year renting and we love it. Everything we need is there and the bed are very comfy. We bring pur boot as the fishing, tubing and swimming are the best. There are many games for the family to play outside and inside. We will for sure book next year!

| What an awesome trip, our primary reason for the trip was a family fishing trip and we were sure treated with some nice extras here. The Boat lift was amazing. not having to tie up the boat all the time is a huge plus. Not to mention they have a brand new 40FT dock with a swim ladder. There is power at the dock for charging the boat.
An outside fish cleaning station with water hose sure come in handy as well.
For the kids there is horseshoes, ladder toss and bean bag toss. And multiple games inside. The Local Cellular LTE is plenty fast for streaming netflix etc.
The view from the front fire pit is stunning, all level ground that is all grass.
The cottage is fully stocked with everything you would need. WE were there a week and did not need a thing. Even the firewood was ready to go.

| We had such a nice time at Rick & Kim's cottage! They were there at our arrival to present us their place and they were very available for question before and during our stay.
Bay breeze cottage is a real cottage where you find yourself at home very quickly because everything is set to feel on vacation. We loved the clothing rope and the hooks everywhere to put the wet towel and the bating suits after a swim on the lake, the empty basquet in the washroom to put your personal items, the empty drawer on every room to put our clothes on, some printed map especially for us on the table. A big plus is that the kitchen is well furnished. There was even a nicely sharped chef knife which is rare in cottage! :)
We enjoyed the lake with the kids every day. And we liked playing ladder ball and bean bags on the spacious space in the back of the house.
Those little thing makes the difference!! Thanks again Rick and Kim, we might see you again!! :)

| WE just stayed here this past weekend and would highly recommend it. Kim and Rick were super awesome hosts. They met us on the first day, gave us a tour and made sure we had everything we needed.
The property has a great view of the water, lots of chairs and tables outside and around the firepit, ( our favourite spot). In the morning for coffee and around the fire at night.
Rick made sure there was wood there before we arrived.
They also had a basket with basic supplies in case you forgot anything, like soap , toothbrush etc. I thought that was a nice touch.
Everything was super clean and ready for arrival.
There is a public boat launch just down the street with a $2 cost.
I have a lot of experience renting cottages in the region and this is one of the nicest locations I've had, the property is level to the water and you can park your boat right out in front. Its also only 10 minutes from Nappanee which is great, a lot of rentals in the region can be a long drive to Town due to the layout of the region.
If there was a 6* option I would give it, Thank you Rick and Kim, we WILL be back. Maybe for a week next time.
