| Great stay! Nice property all on one level. Host was great and very accomodating. The jacuzzi was great. We only had 2 people. I can see it being tight for the 9 people it lists but very comfortable for 6. Would recommend 100%!

| My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Cheryl made the booking process so easy and even provided a list of what was there and what we should bring. It was very clean and bright inside. I would definitely return again.

| We stayed at this cottage for 4 days & 3 nights and it was perfect! The cottage has everything you would need. It's in a quiet area with friendly neighbours. The paved trail is super close and a great way to start the morning! The river across the road is peaceful as well. There are multiple beaches near by as well. We brought our grandparents and it was perfect for them. It was a great way to make memories with family! Will definitely be staying again next summer!

| We had a great time at the cottage it is very close to every type of activity you would need.We fished with the grandkids ,and caught some nice bass and pike. The kids loved Balm beach and spent lots of time there.

| What a lovely start to our summer. We spent 4 days and three nights at this cottage with our two small children, and we had a wonderful time. Definitely will stay for a full week next time. The river is quiet, and the paddle boat was such a nice addition. We spent time at MacKenzie Beach, which was only a 5-minute drive away. Great for the kids! And the paved trail (Simcoe County Loop) was a great way to explore and get exercise each morning. It was a great cottage to relax with the kids and spend some quality time, it's in a nice quiet area with friendly people. The cottage is clean and has everything you need, I would definitely recommend!
