Perfectly located on the Grand Bend to Pinery Bike path and on the periphery of Southcott Pines with it's shady lanes and amazing sand beaches, Coach House is a newly renovated condo-style cottage with two levels to spread out in.
Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with a bar, eating area and large screen TV with cable and BluRay player. A large overhead door opens this area to the outside, where you can grill up your favourite dishes on the barbecue. A nice touch included is the washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a very nice sleeping and living area with another small kitchen, another large screen TV viewing area and two bedrooms. A balcony completes this area...
