We are offering a renovated, upgraded and clean three-bedroom cottage with a spacious living room. Renovations done this year include: all new plumbing including a new, large, daily self-cleaning water filter, dishwasher, kitchen furniture replaced, upgraded stove, new windows, new paint inside and outside, new flooring in the kitchen, dining and living room areas, new beds (high quality), portable air conditioner, new electrical heaters and many other improvements (see photos). Only 2-minute walk to the beach! The Beach offers views of the World's "Top 10" Most Spectacular Sunsets! The cottage sits on a very large private lot (half of an acre) surrounded by tall pine trees. Star gazing in Sauble Beach is an astronomer's dream come true (the lack of urban lights allows for amazing views of the stars!) Propane and charcoal BBQs. Sleeps 6 Plus. We rent Sunday to Sunday in the high season. Our house rules are simple: No smoking inside! No parties or events! Guests must be 30 years of age or older. Suitable for pets (extra fee applies).

No smoking in Cottage.
No Fireworks permitted on property
All Fires must be fully extinguished when you go in for the night.
Keep Fires manageable. Sauble Beach is on a volunteer Fire Department and fires can go out of control quickly.
Cigarette butts MUST be placed in the ashtrays on the deck and soaked with water once you go inside.
Do not leave any garbage or food outside on the deck or in the BBQ to prevent the attraction of bears, raccoons, fox etc.
Garbage is restricted to 1 bag per week and must be placed in the box at the end of the driveway at the end of your stay. If you have more than 1 bag, please take them with you or take them to the local landfill (directions available in your information sheet provided after booking).
Noise must be reduced to whispers after 11:00 pm. The area is patrolled by OPP and strictly enforce noises if the neighbors complain.
Please respect the Dark Skies and other cottagers who enjoy stargazing by turning off unnecessary outside lights.
Please purchase canned beverages to avoid broken glass bottles around the cottage for swimmers' safety.
Weekly rental rates above are for a family of 6 or less. Prices will vary depending on the combination of adults and children (maximum adults 6). Additional persons add $50.00 per night. For a small pet add $150 per stay. Cleaning/sanitization is $150 per stay. Taxes (17%) are NOT included.

| My son and I had a amazing time staying at this cottage. Rick and his family were fantastic and went out of their way making sure that we enjoyed our stay. My son wanted to go fishing and Rick made suggestions and even invited us to fish on at his river property which is also spectacular. And we caught a fish!! The beach cottage was clean and steps away from the beach. Perfect location. The beach was great! It was a perfect week and we would definitely come back again. Next year we plan on inviting more family up and renting his river cottage for even more fishing!!

| This is a wonderful location, super close to the beach! With many beds in the house, the cottage fits 2 families easily. Premises are well kept and kids are entertained with a tree house and a nice slide. Rick was amazingly easy to deal with and very professional! We will come back for sure!

Even if the weather has not cooperated too much for beach activities, we were glad to see that you have been able to visit some of the most beautiful places in Bruce Peninsula which are part of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Our family started exactly like this: we visited Sauble Beach 20 years ago then we fell in love with it. We spent many vacations in the area with our RV for many years until we decided to buy a place here. | We used their other property, Saugeen River Retreat, last year, it was well maintained and we really enjoyed the stay. We were really impressed with the condition of the cottage and the amenities. This year we booked Sauble Beach Chalet for the Labour Day long weekend. Unfortunately, this year we have to cancel the reservation due to an unexpected family reason. However, the Rick was very understanding and treated us with respect. We've got our full deposit back without any penalties or hassle. We'll definitely come back next time and highly recommend their properties to everyone.
