The beach house is a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage located in Bobcaygeon located directly across the road from the newly renovated Bobcaygeon Beach Park. Only 1.5 hours from the GTA & 30 mins from highway 407. All stainless steel appliances onsite including a dishwasher, wine cooler and washer & dryer. Located within a 5 min drive to the marina. A 5 min walk to downtown restaurants, grocery store, LCBO, the locks and shopping.
** No cleaning fees.

We loved our stay in Bobcaygeon! Effie was pleasant and responsive. The cottage is very well appointed with lots of natural light and a quaint beach/park directly across the street. The property is very clean and cozy, and is located in a unique area with every amenity you could need within walking distance. Would definitely visit again, we highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and wished we booked longer! It wont be our last stay here, as we plan on making this a yearly tradition!

The house is beautiful! It is cozy and modern. Upon arrival it was SPOTLESS. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you could need plus more.. all you need is food! There are two grocery stores within a 3 minute drive. The four bedrooms were a good size with queen beds which were extremely comfortable. The house is equipped with multiple ceiling fans and AC is not necessary. There is a TV with a good amount of channels and there is wifi for basic browsing (no streaming!)

We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee on one of the two decks overlooking the beach, watching the boats sail by on the lake. Dinners were had in the spacious sun room and evening drinks on the other deck with the propane fire pit.

The beach house is across the street from the public beach park. The beach park is great for swimming, and is equipped with public docks and boat launches. My husband and I used the docks for swimming, fishing and for watching the sunset. The beach house is also about a 5 minute walk from the Main Street and a marina where they offer boat rentals.

For my husband and I, this beach house was absolutely perfect in every way, between the location, amenities, comfort and the views. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to have a beach vacation close to home.
