Main Floor:

- bedroom 2 with 1 queen bed;
- bedroom 3 with 1 queen bed;
- 1 full bathroom;
- living room, kitchen, & dining area;

Basement:
- 1 queen bed;
- 1 full bathroom;

Amenities:
- Linens are provided. Please bring your own hygiene products and SLIPPERS;
- Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, paper towels, tissue paper, water filter, refrigerator, and freezer;
- Dinnerware: plates, bowls, tableware, and glassware;
- Entertainment: Wi-Fi, 75" TV, Roku TV, card games, and board games for kids;
- Relaxation: 4-person hot tub with massage jets. BBQ grill;
- 4 people hot tub with massage jets;
- Outdoor: large private dock with swim ladder, 1 canoe, 1 kayak, 1 inflatable paddle board, and life jackets;
- Evening enjoyment: one fire pit for night stories;
- Children's play area: large sand pit and swing & slide playset;

Garbage collection on Monday.

Each stay, we provide:
- 2 garbage bags for black bins, 1 garbage bag for green bin;
(please take extra garbage with you when check-out or an extra garbage fee will be charged)
- 2 garbage stickers (garbage collection on Monday);
