Pine Haven Cottages and Campground on Devil Lake in South Frontenac Township Pine Haven is a cozy campground located on beautiful Devil Lake. We offer four clean, two-bedroom cottages for your summer vacation. Our newest cottage is wheelchair accessible, designed for you and your support person. We also have tent and serviced trailer sites available. You can enjoy our kayaks or a canoe for up to an hour each day at no extra charge, depending on availability. Cottage 5: Wheelchair Accessible Cottage 5 is our wheelchair accessible option, featuring a wheel-in shower and 2 queen-size beds. It has an easy walk to the beach. The price is a bit higher as it is larger and has extra amenities. Devil Lake: Devil Lake covers 2,600 acres and is known for its stunning scenery and deep, spring-fed waters. It's a great spot for fishing, with lake trout, bass, and pike attracting anglers for decades. Other nearby lakes are just a short drive away. Scenic Location: Pine Haven is located in a lush valley, surrounded by ancient granite ridges from the Canadian Shield. We are in the Frontenac Arch Biosphere, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, known for its unique biodiversity and amazing scenery that has formed over billions of years. Getting Here: Pine Haven is easy to reach with scenic paved roads. We are half an hour north of Kingston (exit 617 off the 401). Westport is 16 km (10 miles) north, and the town of Perth is 20 minutes past Westport. Ottawa, our nation's capital, is just an hour away.
Cottage Features: Each cottage is nestled against a natural rock ridge and comes with:
A well-equipped kitchen
A 3-piece bathroom
A small deck
A propane BBQ (with propane included)
A private fire-pit (with the first box of wood included with a weekly rental)
Cottages 3, 4, and 5 offer a lovely view of the beach and the lake, while Cottage 2 is a bit more secluded with the lake view through trees. Each cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Cottages 2, 3, and 4 have one double bed, one queen bed, and a double sofa-bed. Cottage 5 has 2 queen beds and a double sofa-bed.

Each cottage is fully stocked with kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker) and kitchenware (silverware, dishes, cookware). You'll also have clean, safe water, hot showers, and flush toilets.
Family-Owned Since 1965 Pine Haven is now operated by Cliff and Terry Ward, the second generation. The campground is managed by Gail during the summer. We have earned a reputation as a clean, quiet, and family-friendly vacation spot, and we'd love to have you visit this spring, summer, or fall.
Check-In/Out Information: the cottages are 'housekeeping' cottages. Please leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it.
There are no sheets or quilts on the beds; each bed has two pillows.
Check-in time: 2 PM on Saturday
Check-out time: 10 AM sharp the following Saturday

Private launch for guests or use the public launch nearby.
We provide a legal boat license for rental boats.
Rental Options:
Docks, boats, motors, kayaks, and canoes available for rent. Temporary Boat Operators Card provided for our rental boats when required.
No ATV's or Personal Watercraft allowed. Extra parking is available.

Westport and Perth: Shopping and golf just a short drive north.
Ottawa: Our nation's capital, a bit further north.

NOTES We offer 4 clean, smoke free, 2-bedroom cottages, tucked along an ancient granite ridge in our clean, quiet campground. Our nicely spaced cottages have private fire-pits & propane BBQs, enjoy our dark star-filled skies. Devil lake is a larger lake; 2600 acres with many islands and 36 miles of shoreline to explore. You will need to bring all personal items as well as bed linens, blankets & towels. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, a coffee maker & microwave. We provide coffee filters, dish soap and a tea towel; a quilt on the beds & 2 pillows in the cottage. The bathroom has a shower curtain, bathmat and a starter roll of toilet paper. Weekly summer rates are from Sat. at 2 pm to Sat. 10 am. Your weekly rental comes with 1 milk-crate of firewood & 2 gigs of Wi-Fi. The firewood we sell is from trees on our property. We recommend downloading the programs you need to your personal devices before leaving home. Additional firewood and wi-fi is for sale through the office. Our Wheelchair Accessible Cottage has a ramp to a larger deck, private firepit. The deluxe bathroom has a wheel-in shower. This cottage rents for $1050/week. We offer discounts on all cottages before mid-June & after Labour Day. Deposit is $450 by cash, cheque or e-transfer, balance is due shortly after arrival. Rates are for one family and their unmarried children, if more in your party please pre-arrange, $15/person/day. If renting as a single person or twosome your first 2 visitors will be free; provided you have registered them is advance at the office. Many renters return annually. July & August by the week only. Early & late season - minimum 3-night stay. Reservations usually required, but not always. Rental: Boat, Motor, gas & all safety equipment start at $350/week. | What a wonderful week! The staff and facilities were well above expectations. We spent the week fishing and relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Lots of good fishing spots throughout the lake with plenty of fish to catch. Warm nights with hardly any mosquitoes around, the moon and stars were out in full force as well. A big thank you to everyone from staff to fellow campers for making our week so enjoyable.
