The member recognizes that he is responsible for their own account.

The member is responsible to verify if the classification of his cottage is required by the CITQ (Quebec only).

The member takes full responsibility for the information and photos displayed on CottagesInCanada.com.

The member agrees not to publish information or photos that may be considered offensive. In such an event, CottagesInCanada.com reserves the right to remove the account without notice.

The member is fully responsible for access to their account and the disclosure of their password to a third party.

CottagesInCanada.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund if one or several complaints were received following the rental of the property advertised.

CottagesInCanada.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund if a member makes remarks or uses language considered abusive, insulting, injurious, offensive or with vulgar content in response to persons having contacted them through our site.

CottagesInCanada.com reserves the right to suspend an account and/or a listing without notice and without refund if there are misrepresentation or fraud by the member.

CottagesInCanada.com reserves the right to suspend or withdraw an account or listing without refund if the member has outstanding and unpaid invoices with SBMR Pub Internet.

|
CottagesInCanada.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund or to modify all information in the listing if it does not comply with the package selected. The member will be advised by e-mail, if applicable.

|
Listing photos should not contain any text (URL, logos, etc.). Also, a photo should contain only one photo instead of several small photos.
|
|
|
|
It's not possible to change the property on a listing. If the property displayed initially is no longer available for rent, it will not be possible to reuse the listing for an another property for rent.
|

|
|
The member can send a request to CottagesInCanada.com by e-mail to withdraw their listing from the site. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE CANCELLATION OF A LISTING.
