3 Bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished located on the Northumberland Strait. Located only a few minutes drive to a lobster dock to pick up your fresh lobster dinner and only a 15 minute drive to the Port of Pictou. A large property consisting of 45 acres and 2 beautiful, sandy, private beaches that are perfect for sunbathing, sand castle making, and seaglass hunting. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets and if you are lucky, an occasional deer in your front lawn. This is the perfect location to relax, unwind and enjoy Nova Scotia's beautiful summers.
BBQ Grill on back deck. Screened sunroom that is perfect for lounging and reading your favourite book. Living Room with 27" flat screen TV and blu-ray player and WiFi included. (Tv is hooked up to Blu-Ray player and not to cable) Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils. Washroom with shower, includes towels.
Laundry facilities are on property and only a very short walk away and is fully stocked with books.
Waterfront: 2 extraordinary sandy beaches only a minutes walk away

| We just spent an amazing week at Sunrise by the Sea. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable and clean. The beaches are fantastic and the local lobster delicious. Our host Tristan made us feel right at home and we do not hesitate to recommend this cottage to others. Thanks for everything!

| We stayed at this cottage in September for a wedding - cottage is very cute and clean. Everything was there for us that we needed (kitchen supplies, bedding, etc). Very nice location - big open field for the dogs to run and kids to play. The two beaches are beautiful - very quite and private. Very enjoyable weekend. Will definitely be going again for a week in the summer to get better use of the beach during the warm weather!
