| We really enjoyed our first stay in this area. 13 of us plus an 11 month old were very comfortable with all the great amenities. Having the linen service was very convenient, thanks for offering that. We really appreciated the large well appointed kitchen and the access to the backyard and front porch where the bbq is. The decor has some beautiful pieces to admire inside and out. The beach access was convenient and the sunsets amazing. Thanks for being so responsive and helpful Frank, we hope to return in the future.

| We have been coming to this cottage for 13 years and are always happy to return. We are a multigenerational family, and this space provides us a place to gather from across the country. We were very pleased with the beach access and beach conditions. The value for money can't be beat. Frank has been the most accommodating host and we have appreciated his generosity over the past 13 years!!!!

| Our family came back to stay at this cottage again, but this time as a family of 4! There was so much to do for everyone. It is a great location. We loved that it's on a quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood, across the street from public beach access. The entertainment room in the basement was a hit for everyone of all ages including parents, kids (5 and almost 2) and grandparents. Even on a rainy day it was so relaxing and cozy. The double fridges and hot tub are nice features too. We had some great adventures at near by spots such as Grand Bend beach, patios, mini golf Jurassic park, shopping, sunsets, bad apple brewery, dark horse winery and morning/evening walks. We definitely made some special memories here and look forward to returning.

| What a great place!! There was 13 of us, plenty of room. Hot tub, games room, children's toy room, covered deck, fire pit, and minutes from Grand Bend. Rain or shine can't get bored. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes (slow cooker, blender, plenty of pots and pans). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms well kept. Cozy and comfortable too. Price was excellent.

| Clean, big, all the creature comforts. Nice beds and baths. Huge kitchen with all cookware. Excellent firepit. Beautiful.
