| Our 2nd year stay at the cozy cottage was amazing. The host is super nice and accommodating and onsite if anything comes up and you need help with anything. We were 5 families and there was enough space and rooms for all of us. We enjoyed all the amenities included such as a brand new hot tub, the kayaks, paddleboards, dock for swimming and fishing (we caught lots and lots of fish!!). The bonfire area and backyard is definitely a highlight. We played soccer, frisbee, spikeball and had lots of fun!
Kitchen was fully stocked to accommodate large group with many pots pans plates utensils etc. Lots of TVs in every room. The giant living room is a great place for large gatherings and the porch area in the front is great for eating BBQ outside. We look forward and have already booked next year's stay. Blessings to the host and highly recommend you stay there!!

| The host was fantastic, walked us around his property and gave us a full tour. He responded to all our queries during our stay and we were very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet as well. It was our first time in a cottage and we just loved every bit of this home. The kitchen was fully stocked and the amenities were just perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 pets. Nothing short of a 5 star experience.

| I have rented this cottage from Illiya three times
We are a group of ten guys and we found it to have lots of space to spread out.
Lots of beds and kitchen is perfect for large group dinners
The cottage property is amazing.
Very well maintained with nice flowers and landscaping.
Very large and private lot
Private beach and giant fire pit beside the water.
Illiya is very easy to work with and quick to respond
I would suggest this cottage to a large family or group that wants extra space.

| This cottage has been my go-to for the past 6 years. I've been over 5+ times and will continue to book here. We spend the majority of our time down by the water. The views are amazing! If we're not down by the water, we're playing games in the very large sitting area, or in the hot tub watching the gorgeous and stunning sunset. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to go away and have a great time! This cottage has it all. You won't be disappointed!

| We had a fantastic experience!
As the best man for my buddy's wedding, I was tasked with finding a large enough cottage that could facilitate the whole wedding party, wasn't too far from the city, and was close to a golf course. Fortunately, this cottage checked off all the boxes.
There was plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. In addition, there were plenty of amenities to choose from.
I would definitely recommend this cottage for any fairly large groups and would absolutely book again in the future.
PS. The hot tub is a lovely addition!
