| Wonderful place. We two families of four sharing the space and had plenty of room. Mike was a pleasure to work with. Lots of wildlife and very quiet.

| Kennebec Oaks is a lovely, secluded country house on a beautiful, quiet lake. The house is very well appointed and made for a comfortable stay for our group of 10. There is lots of space to both socialize as a group or relax with a book. It's a beautiful home with loads of rustic charm. The large kitchen, deck, and hot tub were particularly good. The lake is wonderful and made for great swimming, kayaking, and enjoying nature. The family of loons (including a baby loon) that swam past daily was a nice bonus. All in all a great stay and note we'd stay here again in future years.

| Expected a bit more. No dishwasher soap? 3 washer pods for 3 nights?? no hand soap.
Who does this? How much would it cost to have pumps of soap in the kitchen and bathroom?
Bit cheap for a place that cost almost 4k go try weekend. Lack of basic things that would allow you to take care of the place better.

| We are four families, combined to include 13 people, and this is our second year staying at Kennebec Oakes. We have vacationed together, for many years, and this is the first time that we have rented the same cottage more than once. The entire property is gorgeous, and extremely private. We love the huge, incredible dock and the water is great for swimming. The cottage itself is amazing. Inside, is extremely spacious, so even in rainy weather, there is a ton of room to spread out on your own or hang out together playing games or pool. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It has a big, beautiful, table with plenty of space for everyone. It's also fantastic for family game night.
The huge deck and hot tub are an added bonus! Mike, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He's very quick to respond to any questions we have. We highly recommend this property.

| This is a great choice if you want privacy.. no sight of another cottage in either direction. Very nice cottage and property with lots of wooded land. Hot tub was a bonus.
Mike was great to deal with. Booking and check-in were straightforward.
