| A perfect place rain or shine! The cottage has everything you need and more. The ping pong and pool table were an excellent touch on the rainy days! The view and deck space amazing. The water is perfect for boating, swimming, turtle and loon viewing! Once you arrive you will never want to leave!

| We had three families stay at this cottage and we all loved it! Great space inside the cottage, comfortable sleeping. Kids and adults enjoyed the dock and swimming in the lake. Fire pit is also well set up. Will definitely go back!

| My wife and I rented the cottage for the week of June 22-28. Our son and girlfriend came up for the weekend and my wife's sister and her husband came up for a couple of days mid-week but with 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus a loft, the cottage can easily accommodate more people. This is our third time at the cottage and we were extremely happy with our previous stays but new additions and renovations have made our week even more enjoyable. There is a large new wooden dock which extends out into the lake where where the water depth is probably 3m at the outer edge of the dock. Plenty of deck chairs on the dock for sunning and drying up when you come out of the water. There is a couple of paddle boards were welcome additions to the water craft and they were great fun. Looking forward to coming back!
Also, for those who are into craft beer, be sure to check out the Bancroft Brewing Company. They have a great draft selection of their own beers on draft which you can also purchase in cans. The draft Vienna Ale is my favourite.

| This is our third time returning to this cottage. It's our fav!
We really enjoy the layout of the cottage, with the primary bedroom being away from the rest of the cottage which gives privacy, an ensuite bathroom, and and a separate entrance.
The waterfront is amazing! The lower deck and new extended dock gives ample space to relax, swim, use the paddle boards, kayaks, and paddle boat, which are all in great condition. We caught many large fish (bass & pickeral) right from the dock! The water is a good temperature and very clean.
Bancroft is a 5-10 min drive away for any needed amenities.
Ken is a pleasure to work with, always responding quickly and gracefully.
We will continue to come back! Couldn't recommend more!

| This is the second summer we've rented the cottage and everyone had a great time. The master bedroom has undergone pretty significant renovations. There is now a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is second bathroom that has a shower along with a washer\dryer, making the cottage ideal for larger groups or families. The are also new appliances since our last visit, including a new cooktop, oven and fridge. Outside, there is now a built-in fire pit and a sitting area around the fire pit paved with flag stones. In addition to a canoe, a pedal boat, and kayaks, there is also a paddle board this year. The wifi connection is very strong and our son and his girlfriend were able to log on to work and spend an extra day at the cottage before leaving on Tuesday. We caught lots of bass and walleye, both off the dock and in the lake, but didn't keep any fish. We saw some loons on the lake over the course of the week and was told by our neighbour down the road that they aren't very common because the birds prefer larger lakes. Finally, we went to the Bancroft Brew Pub a couple of times during our week and they have an excellent selection of craft beers and a great pub menu. Well worth a visit.
