| My brother and I rented this Cottage for an entire week with my son and my dog. Dan was incredible! He accommodated all of our needs, set everything up for us, followed through on all agreed upon promises, and checked in on us regularly but without being intrusive in any way. Anytime we had questions he was prompt in responding to them. The cottage itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very cozy. We enjoyed the covered areas of the deck during the rain, it was very soothing and relaxing. The docks are well maintained as are all of the cabins amenities. We enjoyed being directly on the water and had full use of the fire pit adjacent to the cottage as well as a paddle boat and canoe. We did opt to rent a boat from Dan as well to go fishing and for transportation to and from mainland we were not disappointed! The boat ran well, came with a full tank of gas, had life jackets, and all required equipment was in working order. Dan was a great host and a great guide. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the city to relax in solitude. We will definitely be going back!
