| We enjoyed 2 Summer vacations here and hope to go back again. We enjoyed the privacy of being able to relax by the ocean, walk to the ferry and back on the beach, enjoy the nature from the ocean, have a bon fire over looking the ocean, and have romantic cook outs on the deck. The cottage is laid out perfectly for entertaining and the location is great to go get fresh local produce when you want. Most importantly the host Darryl is fantastic to deal with and provides everything needed to enjoy your stay. If there was something you needed he would help in a matter of seconds.

| We had a wonderful vacation here. Daryle was very accommodating. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property is very private, the beach was fantastic for clam digging and she'll collecting. The only downside were the mosquitoes so take bug spray.

| First time back on the Island since I was a little child, but this time I was bringing my two little ones (1 and 7) and was so excited to show them PEI. We must have packed out truck to the brim, after the long drive from Ontario we arrived at our destination, and my heart was so happy when we set foot at the cottage! What a view, our own beach, fire pit, deck, the tide was out and my boy couldn't wait to go dig for Bar clams, collect and inspect the hermit crabs and look for oysters! All of the things I had packed and prepared for were not even needed as Darryl's cottage had all the amenities required and then some! If you wished for anything, he would make it happen. The kids loved him, he made us feel at home, brought us local blueberries. The beach was absolutely perfect, we hardly left. Everything we needed was right in front of us. We spent hours on the beach, the walk to Wood island was great, there is a seafood place there and a tourist info centre not far away as well. Montague was only a 20 minutes drive with grocery stores and a market. We loved our stay and will be coming back again! Thank you Darryl for being the most excellent host.

| We had an amazing week in Wood Islands at Darryl's cottage. We are a family of 4 with two younger kids (3 and 7), and they loved the cottage, the daily swimming, exploring all the sea creatures at low tide, and campfires at nighttime. Wood Islands was a nice spot to explore the east side of Islands and easy drive to Charlottetown and north side.
Darryl was a great host and helped us get settled - thank you!
