| My family and I LOVE this cottage and this area. Swimming across the bay is the perfect length for a swim. The Little Yellow Cottage is amazingly soundproof in the inside, and with all the windows is a very positive space. The BBQ on the deck outside is also wonderful. We eat so well here, and Westport is but a short drive (15 minutes or so) away. So we can purchase groceries or other items on very short notice. The local wildlife is also good e.g. Great Blue Herons, Stink Turtles (we've only seen one in our years there -it was a scared, rather ugly wee thing). The local viewpoint is also fun on a non-foggy day. Plan to return the summer of 2020.

| A perfect cottage getaway. It is clear that a lot of thought went into the wonderful restoration of this building. It has all the comforts of home while still maintaining its historic character. The kitchen was especially well stocked with pretty much every cooking tool you can think of. The rooms are small enough to be cozy but yet offer enough space to feel comfortable and not cramped. Everything was very clean, organized, and tidy. The location is fantastic, with the waterfall and lake right there and privacy from the neighboring buildings which are off over the hill. If you open the windows, you can have the option of the sounds of the waterfall (great for sleeping!) yet if you want quiet just close them up and you can barely hear it at all. We also saw lots of wildlife and beautiful flowers in the area. The location is very convenient to Westport and Newboro, and with a little more driving, Perth. Property manager Steve was very responsive to questions and providing information. Definitely keeping this in mind for future visits.

| I was truly impressed , the pictures do not convey how quaint and comfortable this cottage really is.
With the windows open or out on the deck you can have the soothing white noise of the waterfall. Our landlord Steve was very accommodating and not overwhelming . I have plans to return to the Little Yellow Cottage again this year and hopefully in the fall .I would recommend staying here to any one!
