| We love this cottage! We have rented at many locations over the years and this spot has everything we need. Very comfortable space and the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen for a rental. Ryan is excellent to deal with and very quick to respond to questions. We love it here and will be back!

| My mother and I had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in this well appointed cottage. The layout is all on one floor which was great for my 87 year old mother. Everything you need for your stay is included. Ryan is a great host, the location is fantastic. I hope to be able to return next year.

| An amazing experience top to bottom!
Ryan was a great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The cottage was very spacious and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. The private beach was definitely a highlight, it was very clean, not too busy and the water/sunsets were beautiful. The two bottles of wine were a nice touch and having a wagon to take things to and from the because was a huge help! Would definitely consider staying again!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our week at your lovely Brewster Cottage. It was a perfect place to relax with our son and his family. We especially enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room decor, and roomy foyer.
Thank you for the two bottles of wine that greeted our arrival. We don't drink, but M kindly suggested that we should re-gift them, and we will be sure to speak of your beautiful cottage when we do. We very much appreciated your prompt attention to our plumbing problem. B's service was excellent and very professional.
Proximity to Sun Beach was essential, as L is recovering from a total knee replacement. The wagon was a great help too.
We look forward to returning to Brewster Cottage again next summer. Thank you for providing such a lovely setting to build family memories.

| Cottage is very well cared for and it shows. Ryan was a very gracious host and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and extra linens. Property is in a great location, close to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!
