| We rented this amazing cottage for 1 week originally and as soon as we got here i extended it for another week. We enjoyed the indoor wood stove and how cozy, clean and well kept this cottage was. Although we rented in the winter and couldn't go swimming, the views and the nearby hiking trails and outdoor fire pit that was put out for us to use made this cottage a great winter retreat! Also wanted to mention that the cottage and kitchen had every amenity you could ever need. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and was available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend and will be renting again!!

| We stayed six nights in Oct 2019 and loved it. You can't really tell from the pictures, but you can see the lake from the cottage windows. Right now the lake levels are very high so the beach is smaller than usual. The day we arrived it was rainy and windy, so the waves were very high and there was hardly any beach at all. But then we had five days of sunshine and calmer winds, so there was about 15-20 feet of beach to enjoy. In the mornings we toured the area, checked out the shops and walking trails in Kincardine, then in the afternoons we sat on the beach enjoying the sun. The owner allowed us to bring our two non-shedding dogs?they had a great time playing on the beach! Since it was October, hardly anyone else was around, which is just what we wanted. One calm night we had a fire in the fire pit - lovely with the full moon! There is a small network of nature trails right across the street, an unexpected surprise that was perfect for walking the dogs (on leash) in the mornings. The cottage is solidly built, very clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery, plates, pots, etc - we had everything we needed. The cell signal wasn't great but wifi in the cottage was solid. The owners also own the cottage right next door, so they made sure we were settled in before they headed back to the city for the week. After we checked out, they refunded our security deposit and pet deposit promptly. Two thumbs up - we hope to come back next year!

| The moment we arrived at the cottage, we were all excited! Beautiful and Private. The Cottage was very clean and well maintained, inside and out. White Sandy Beach and Blue Clear Lake only a few steps down from the rear deck. We knew right away that our stay here was going to be a pleasant one.
Cottage was well equipped. There was no need for us to buy any extra items because the place had everything that you would need.
We woke up to a beautiful private waterfront scenery with sound of waves and enjoyed our morning coffee on the cozy deck while grilling our food on the BBQ. In the evening, we were all seated near the campfire right on the sandy beach as we watched the sunset and see the stars come out. It was the best moment I've had while at a cottage. It was truly breath taking.
Also, we were all amazed on how attentive and accommodating John was during our stay. He went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Assertive and Professional!
If you plan on staying in this Cottage, you won't be disappointed!

| The owners here outdid themselves, the cottage is stunning, the lake is so clean, the air so crisp, the beach so fluffy. Surrounded by the beach, the lake, walking trails, geocaching everywhere, adorable towns, Great dining, tons of history, angelic deer and waves crashing what more could you ask for. The owners are so hospitable and personable, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and have amazing pictures to take home that had my friends thinking I was in the tropics. Thanks alot John :)
