| We stayed at Jola&Bruce's cottage for a week as a family with two kids. The cottage was excellent, felt like home. Every little thing that you might need at a cottage was though after. Beach amenities, kitchen stuff, even spare toothbrushes caught my eye! Kids loved the board games cabinet, brought us different games in every occasion. We enjoyed having our meals at the front porch table, listening birds chipping and then playing the board games together. I personally can't decide whether I liked more: the Muskoka chair reading times at the front porch or family time at the second level cozy family area. We didn't spend much time at the backyard but it was also promising for BBQ for a larger group. It is also well located, walking distance to the beautiful beach and close to Tim Hortons (when you are too lazy to brew your own coffee at multiple coffee making options that the cottage offers). I forgot to thank that Jola about it but it was a sweet and nice surprise to see a package of sugar waffles with loganberry syrup waiting us at the kitchen when we arrived. Can't recommend enough.

| Doug and Jola were very responsive right from the start and answered all of our questions to help us create our vacation (wineries, bike paths, coffee, etc.), They were were accommodating with arrival time and are warm and friendly people. The neighbourhood was quiet and the beach was phenomenal!! So much sand to enjoy and great amenities (path to walk/push a stroller or wagon; washrooms). Jola and Doug supplied beach passes with the cottage rental along with beach umbrella, beach toys, towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The cottage was clean and user-friendly which made it very easy to get right to "vacation mode".

| Our first time staying in Crystal Beach and this cottage couldn't have been any more perfect! The location was amazing; just a short walk to the beach with lots of stores and restaurants along the way. Also easy to get to by car. The cottage was so clean and Jola and Doug have equipped it with everything that you'd need for a beach vacation. The wagon, umbrella, and beach toys were a hit with my kids. They also thought the 2nd floor was a perfect family oasis. My husband was very happy with the barbecue outside and gas stove in the kitchen. I parked myself on the hammock and claimed it for my ?office? :-D The internet connection was excellent everywhere and the hosts were very prompt in answering any questions we had. 10/10 We would definitely stay here again in a minute!

| We had such a wonderful time. It was so relaxing and close to great shopping. We travelled to Niagara-on-the-Lake 3 times which is about 40 minutes away. Also spent a lovely afternoon in Niagara Falls which is about 20 minutes away. The cottage was very clean and very inviting. We will definitely rent again. I would highly recommend staying at this cottage. It was just great...

| Our family of four adults spent a wonderful week of fun, sun and relaxation at Crystal Beach. Our charming cottage had all the amenities of home with so many thoughtful added touches from our hosts. This cottage had everything we could want or need, from AC and Wifi, Roku TV and a large variety of movies and books for lounging in comfort indoors. The front wrap around porch was a great place to sit and read or enjoy our morning coffee. Our hosts supplied bicycles, a wagon full of beach supplies and floatation toys, a patio set, lounger, hammock, bbq and fire table and even a backyard bar set with stools to enjoy a cold beer or cocktails while playing cards. We loved every moment of our stay at Baybeach Hideaway. Thank you Doug & Jola for your hospitality!
