| Richard was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with and responded to all our questions in a timely manner
We were 10 adults and had a great time at his cottage. Extremely cozy. The beds were very comfortable, enough crockery cutlery and cookware for the group. Grounds well maintained including the deck area.
Very nice TV and comfortable furniture to sit around and have fun.

| Our second visit to Richard's cottage will definitely not be our last. Had a great time with our family, weather was great and the kids had a blast. Cottage is very comfortable, weather was mild enough that we were able to swim in the lake and we had a campfire every night. Hoping to come back again next year.

| 2025 will be our 5th summer renting this cottage & the whole family is looking forward to this year again & many more. The cottage has a quiet waterfront & a great view of the Trent Severn channel of passing yachts/boats. A short cruise on this channel to Balsom Lake which is ideal for fishing, watersports & swimming. Year after year an upgrade is performed further improving the experience, the dishwasher addition was fantastic. Richard is a great host & very accessible for any questions you may have. We highly recommend this property & the family looks forward to many more stays.

| Very pleasant owner, easy communication.
Spacious cottage with plenty of parking.
Many activities included (e.g. board games, fishing off large docks, bicycles, kayaks, row boat, pedal boat, life vests, kids play structure, target shooting games)
Many amenities included (e.g. TV, full kitchen, microwave, air conditioning, BBQ, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, outdoor firepit and unlimited firewood).
We come back every year!

| Had a great time with the family during our stay last week. Slept 12 of us comfortably, including 5 kids. Weather ended up being perfect, the kids were in the lake every day. Richard was very helpful abd prompt to respond to any inquiry. Highly recommend.
