| We spent the first two weeks of June at Cora's ocean cottage and loved every minute of it. Cora and Lloydie were the most generous of hosts and did everything humanly possible to make our stay enjoyable. The cottage itself is a delight; beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished with a more than fully equipped kitchen. We watched the lobster fishers go out in the early morning and saw the moon rise overnight. The Potato Museum in nearby O'Leary is very well done and more than worth a visit. Another short drive took us to the MacAusland Woollen Mill where we watched staff work on massive looms to weave beautiful blankets using some machinery that is nearly a century old. The St. Simon and St. Jude Church in Tignish is spectacular and must be seen. I had the best lobster roll of my life at Our Family Traditions restaurant and my husband loved the fish and chips at Shirley's Cafe. Wherever we went we met friendly people who never hesitated to take the time to speak with us and share stores about the island. Thank you Cora and Lloydie for a restful, wonderful holiday that we will never forget.

| We had a formidable 3-day stay at Cora's ocean air cottage. It was perfect: clean, tastefully decorated, so cozy with a beautiful view of the ocean from 3 different windows. Everything we needed for cooking was there, including a waffle iron! We were gifted with a freshly caught and filleted bass by the owner. We loved it and would happily return if possible!

| My family of four stayed at Cora's cottage in August 2024 and we loved it! Firstly, Cora was a dream to communicate with; in the lead up to our rental we reached out to her several times with questions and she was always prompt in responding, which we very much appreciated.
Secondly, the cottage itself was a dream. It was very clean and had everything we needed, right down to the skewers we used for roasting marshmallows over the bonfire we built. The AC, which we needed during our week, worked well and Cora also provided each bedroom with a fan. There were games provided and plenty of info about things to do in the area. Cora even dropped off some delicious treats the day we arrived!
Finally, let me say this--renting anything these days can be a leap of faith--you never know what you are going to get. That said, you do not need to be concerned about renting this cottage from this owner--you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Cora!

| This was our third time staying at this cottage, and if we had our way, we would never leave. Not only is the location amazing, so are the people that own the property. Just when you think it can't get any better it does....We were greeted upon our arrival with dinner and warm reception. What a generous couple and so accomodating. We have now been in the peak of summer and early fall and every time the weather has cooperated...Can't wait to go back....the sound of the Ocean and the cool breezes are so relaxing you can't help but relax and drift peacefully away....a little piece of paradise...

| Cora and her cottage deserves a 10 star rating!!! We were spoiled rotten by Cora's amazing hospitality and devotion to ensure our stay was perfect and it was. Beautiful cottage, perfectly equipped, cosy bedrooms and the unforgettable view of the ocean while sitting on the deck!
Let's not forget our walks on the beach, which was just a few feet away from the cottage, with the dogs (I am convinced they thought they were in heaven) and our fishing evening's watching the sunset and catching our supper ( wish I could add pictures)!
