| The best cottage we've ever been, clean, nice location, absolutely gorgeous view from window on the third floor,kids have separate floor for fan.lake is very nice.The perfect place to stay with family and friends

| Our family week was spectacular, the cottage was outfitted as specified, great fishing and the weather was perfect. the grandkids loved the beach. Several kids jumped off the dock for the first ever and loved this fun time. The deck overlooking the lake was fantastic. Fun was had by all . Fabulous family memories .
truly recommend this cottage for a family vacation.
the small towns close by Arnstein and Port Loring provided everything needed for the summer cottager.

| We rented in July. The interior was surprisingly big! It was nice to have a floor, the third one, committed to the younger ones of our group for them to be entertained by the pool table and games. The view of the lake from the back main deck was really enjoyable, and was nice to spend a lot of time outside on the spacious deck. Lindsay was very nice and accommodating. It's nice to see owners that take pride in the cottage and want others to equally enjoy it.

| This cottage was amazing!
We had a group of 11 total, and there was more than enough space for all of us. There is a wonderful large kitchen for cooking, a large dining table, lots of beds and lots of space upstairs for indoor fun when the weather is poor.
We had such great weather while we stayed here, with only a couple hours of rain one night.
The lake was beautiful, and the water was not cold, yet it was so refreshing, and also super clean.
The sand right beside the lake is perfect for playing games, close to the water.
Overall, our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend! It is perfect for large groups as well. The owner is very communicative and cares lots! The place was super clean upon arrival as well.
Definitely will be coming back again in the future!

| This was an amazing cottage. So much room to fit all of our belongings and everyone had their own bedroom. Spacious, clean and well kept!! So much to do inside and out. Beautiful game room, all the conveniences we needed, gorgeous kitchen !!! Lots of room to lounge in!!!! Grocery store not too far for more goodies...the children were happy and so we the grownups...lots of good fishing and excellent beach. We did not swim but we were refreshed in the lake....amazing view at all points of Boulder cottage. Many memories for 2022. A special thanks to Lindsay for her help and wonderful assistance with questions!!!!! please book as it's a great place to hide away from the city!!!!
