| We are a family of 6 adults and 1 baby with 4 dogs. We were very much excited about our stay for months. From the pics on the website we were expecting the condition to be Beautiful and neat and tidy. We were very disappointed to find that the pics were misleading. The couch was worn out and there were no other comfortable places to sit. The cottage needed a BIG cleaning. The screened room was filthy! The screens were dirty and the floor was dirty. There were ants all over. This place was not professionally cleaned. It needed a good pressure wash on the exterior and the grounds needed to have been weed whacked and mowed. I paid for professional cleaning and $600 extra for my dogs. I feel for the money I paid to stay here it was not up to the quality! It's bad when you only see reviews that paint a great picture and when you arrive how disappointing it can really be.

| Has seasoned cottage renters we can say that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had.
The hosts were polite, helpful, quick to respond when needed and overall gave us a sense that our experience mattered to them. Definitely appreciate Kia taking the time to show us around when we first arrived as well.
The cottage is beautiful, very clean, and has really cool decorating touches. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked we have every seen, from spices to kitchen gadgets, this place is loaded.
The deck and veranda were wonderful spots to relax on. The quality of their outdoor furniture was excellent.
The boats were a lot of fun to use.
The lake is the nicest we've ever experienced. Crystal clear water. A clean shoreline. A great dock for either lounging on or jumping off of. The water itself was warm (for a lake).
Would definitely return.

| We really enjoyed out stay at this cottage. I have never seen such clear lake water, and the lake itself was so quiet and peaceful with barely any boat traffic. Kitchen was well stocked. We had 7 adults and 4 children and the cottage never felt too full. We definitely reccomend this cottage. I was disappointed with my deposit taking over a week to be returned to me, but other than that we has zero complaints.

| Perfect cottage layout for ourselves and our 2 adult children and their partners. Although, the cottage could easily accommodate more people. We enjoyed having the loft ensuite area for ourselves. The other 2 bedrooms were on the main floor. The open concept kitchen/living area was spacious, bright and well appointed. The screened porch was a great place to relax. Quiet lake with clear water. The pictures provided are very accurate. We really enjoyed our stay.

| We just had a most relaxing week in Kia's waterfront cottage. Thanks Kia for thinking of everything to make our stay a joy. We loved the layout of the cottage, well designed rooms and wonderful views from the terrace, The Wannamaker lake is extremely calm and clean, it always brought us life peace when we explored its beauty by kayaking. We hope we will stay again in the future.
