| We highly recommend your cottage as an excellent rental.
For the past 4 years our family has thoroughly enjoyed our annual summer vacation at your cozy cottage.
Upon arrival we always have found the cottage very clean and well equipped with pots, pans, kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. Several kitchen staples are available as well.....spices, coffee and sugar etc. which always come in handy during our stay. This year there was an outdoor herb garden providing fresh herbs to use.
The location of your cottage on a quiet street, but so close to the beautiful beach, playground and sports area makes it a perfect vacation spot.
Our family enjoy relaxing in the backyard, having a BBQ, smores at the fire pit and relaxing in the screened in area. The outdoor shower is a bonus, especially after the beach.
Having the sheets, pillows and comforters provided is a HUGE bonus.
There are many other extras such as the children's beach toys, games etc. that have made our stay more fun.
Mandy, you are a wonderful host and we appreciate you making our vacations so enjoyable.

| Only issue was lack of air conditioners in two bedrooms…heat was unbearable in those rooms. Great location, lovely area of cottages/homes. Really appreciated the supplies provided so we didn't have to cart so many things from home…dish soap, t-paper, paper towels. Lots of dishes, pots, etc available. Owners were great to deal with. Neighbour helpful when needed. Welcomed our little dog which was great. Recommend this rental as long as all rooms are air conditioned.

| This cottage has become our home away from home. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay the few times we've stayed here. The cottage has tons of space for a larger families and has everything you need. (Bedding supplied is a bonus) Our kids loved having the bunkie as their own space. The screened in porch in the backyard was a great place to hang out at night when it's rainy or the bugs are out. The outdoor shower was a bonus. It's located on a beautiful quiet street but just steps to the beach and a huge park. We enjoyed walking a few blocks to Kelly's Cove and getting Ice cream and pizza/french fries some evenings.
The neighbours are great so friendly. Mandy has been an absolute pleasure interacting with and I feel fortunate to have found this hidden gem. We look forward to our summer weeks spent here in the future.

| Perfect family/friend cottage getaway- everything you could have needed +more.
Close to the main beach, great neighbours, the accommodations were perfect for my family and a few friends!
The outdoor shower was super convenient after the beach! The bunkie was a perfect stay for the extended family. (Yes even adults)!
10/10 exceeded expectations!
