| We had an absolutely incredible stay at this cottage! It truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up everything was.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for us to enjoy meals together.
The large yard was perfect for our group! Our volleyball-loving family was able to set up a court and even a cross-net game! It truly felt like a private outdoor retreat. It's also a wildlife haven, we were lucky enough to have an entire deer family visit during our stay, which made it even more special.
The fire pit was a highlight and such a great way to spend our evenings.
It's clear the host put a lot of care and attention into creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. We would 100% recommend this cottage to anyone looking for the perfect getaway and we are already looking forward to returning! Thank you Michelle for giving us this opportunity to make lasting memories!

| This was our 3rd or 4th visit to this location.
It has all the amenities needed for a full family stay.
We have already reserved a week for next year and cannot wait to return.
The owners of the property are very kind and general us and treat every guest like family.
Our entire family walked away with memories of a lifetime.
The nearby golf course was such an adddd bonus as we did end up golfing several rounds that week.
We also took advantage of Santa's Village which was an hour drive but the kids had a blast.
Haliburton is such a beautiful area.
So many things to do and see.
Yes there is lots to do elsewhere but at the cottage itself there was plenty to keep us busy if we did actually stay all day.
Thanks Michelle and Derek. Love the place and can't wait to return.

| A beautiful , huge, well maintained property and cottage. Small quiet lake. Close to Haliburton. Wildlife on property . Has games and toys for kids. Keep in mind it's a natural shoreline with no beach; this was not a problem for us.

| Good for all ages, as were 8 years of age to 73, due to activities present.. Close the Haliburton hospital if need be, close to shopping and restaurants and other amenities. Secluded and private. One of the best maintained cottages we have been at.

| Seven of us spent the July long weekend at Whispering Woods and we had such an amazing time. The cottage and surroundings are beautiful. Michelle has truly thought of everything and communication was always quick. The property is large and very private. The lake is small and quiet and peaceful. The gazebo is a gorgeous place to hang out when not hanging out on the dock. The outdoor fridge was great to have. The cottage is so well equipped with air conditioning, lots of utensils and plates, lots of bedding and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. There's a good variety of boats to use with life jackets provided. Lots of outdoor games were provided and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. An absolute 10/10 gem with great hosts!
