| We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! For us, the location could not be beat. A relatively quiet channel across from a natural environment with trees and no cottages, yet a short paddle to larger lakes for exploring or fishing.
The cottage interior was also perfect for our group. A beautiful picture window that faced northish so it never got the full sun of the day and the cottage didn't overheat as a result. Everything in the kitchen and cupboards was so well organized and not overstocked. It made everything so easy to find! Great appliances like IP, griddle and air fryer were also available.
There were a number of areas outdoors
where people could escape for some quiet time if desired. (Screened dining tent, for example.).We ended up having 8 and the single bathroom wasn't a problem at all
We don't usually book the same place more than once as we like to explore new areas, but my kids are already asking if we can return here next summer.
A big thanks to the host and hostess for the excellent communication and the wonderful stay.
