| How can I describe the perfect condo?well this it. The location is stellar with screen doors to hear the sound of Lake Erie, ground floor just walk out to your private beach!
We were here for a family wedding and my 90 year old dad was officiating ON A BOAT. The owners went above and beyond to make sure the super seniors, seniors and 30 year old had everything we needed. Quick to anticipate any and all scenarios had me at ease and I knew we were in the right place
Let's talk about the clean decor, the comfy couches and the beds were the best we have ever slept in a rental. The kitchen is well laid out and the appliances and amenities were of the highest quality. I made lunch all days and was thrilled to have olive oil and essential needs
But what really put this condo above the rest are all the little extras, information cards clearly marked so you immediately knew what in the basket or baggie. The owners thought of EVERYTHING you might need or forgotten
And don't forget the fireplace and binoculars so you can sit and watch the wildlife
The wedding went off without a hitch and far to soon we had to say goodbye to this little oasis in long point

| This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean. So many small touches that made things easy for our stay on the beach. Helen is very responsive and allowed us to have a late check out. I plan to definitely go back. She even had beach towels for us and binoculars for bird watching! Best sleep I've had in a long time. Thanks again Helen!

| BEAUTIFUL!!!
We had a short stay, we wish we could have stayed longer! It truly felt like a 5-star resort down south. The condo was immaculate, spacious and so comfortable. No detail was missed! We had everything we needed (plus some), wifi, Netflix, Prime, towels etc. The kitchen was fully loaded, even multiple coffee machines!
The beds were so comfortable and I can't emphasize enough how CLEAN they were.
The view of the water from the living room was something special and the walk out patio very convenient.
Check-in was easy and fast. Helen was a great host, super friendly and very responsive. Helen even gave us little ideas and local spots to visit while we were there.
We can't wait to book again for longer ! Highly recommend

| We booked this rental for a girls weekend getaway. From the beautiful condo, great location, view of the water and thoughtful amenities, it truly felt like we were in a beautiful resort down south. The condo was clean, spacious and modern (comfortably fitting 6 adults). The back patio faces the water which creates a stunning view while enjoying your coffee or wine. Helen was very accommodating and responsive and really thinks of everything. There were campchairs, beach umbrella, wagon to help bring items to the beach, baskets with small items in case you forgot. You have everything you need to cook (literally, there was an air fryer!) And the rooftop patio was great for relaxing in the evening with snacks and drinks. We are definitely booking again next year.

| We had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Purple Finch Condo. At my request I asked my husband for an R&R getaway for the two of us and the Purple Finch provided us with everything we needed and much more. Helen is a fantastic hostess and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable and feel right at home. From inquiry to check out Helen was prompt and through about the condo, amenities, things to do in the area and positively receptive to all of our questions. We look forward to visiting the Purple Finch again with our children and as a couples R&R getaway. We are home refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you Helen for being an amazing hostess and providing us with a home away from home weekend.
