| Fantastic! Lovely, well-equipped cottage. Lovely location. Owner(s) were a pleasure to deal with. Walking distance to beach (10-15 minutes - depending on pace, how much gear / kids you're carrying, etc). We took various routes when we walked to / from the beach because there are so many beautiful and unique cottages to see in the area. We had perfect weather, which helped a lot. That said, the cottage was so nice (with multiple sitting areas), we would have been happy to be rained-in for a day or two. Amazing beach with private access if desired. Warm, shallow, family-friendly water. Nice amenities, including a restaurant / ice cream / clean washrooms very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

| This is our second year renting from Jim, an excellent host. We have been here in the Spring and in the Summer. We have been delighted every time. This is a large, well equipped cottage, and the bedrooms and beds are comfortable and spacious. A cozy, welcoming and simply pleasant location! View of the water is so relaxing, and the morning coffee is had with the sun beaming into the living rooms, yes, there are two of those! We particularly like the walk to the beach where we greet the other cottagers, or take out the water colours and draw the scenery, or for my husband, play endless bocce on the dunes at low tide. This is a great location and not to be missed. We would recommend this cottage for couples or families with little ones. There is a lot of space to read a good book, have a cold one, or hang out together and enjoy each other's company. We recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to have a very nice, relaxing, enjoyable and problem free stay.

| We had an excellent stay in Shediac, in this magnificent, very well-equipped residence. The location of the chalet was perfect, with very few neighbors and a breathtaking view. The chalet is located at the end of a small street and you can walk to Parlee Beach in just ten minutes. We walk along a gravel path where wild cherry trees grow, the berries of which are tasty. On two occasions we had the visit of birds which looked like large partridges. There is a nice place for the fire, and the terrace is very well equipped, with a barbecue and a table where 6 people can sit. There is also a comfortable section with garden furniture and a small coffee table where it is good to relax and chat. The interior of the chalet is amazing. The windows are very large and overlook a small arm of the sea that makes you think of a lake. The air conditioning is powerful and there are fans in every room. The bathroom is very well equipped, the bath is huge and the appliances are recent and easy to operate. Jim is an amazing host who is always available when needed. I highly recommend this cozy little nest that we already miss a lot. We hope to be able to go back next year.

| We had a wonderful stay at the "Beach Walk" cottage. The cottage itself was extremely clean and a perfect size for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds!
The location is great- only a 10 min walk to the beach. It was lovely sitting on the deck in the evenings with a beautiful view of the water. It's in a nice and private area in "the Bluff" with a good sized hard for the kids to run around on. Do not have to worry about car traffic as it's at the end of a small road. We loved it and will definitely be back! Jim was an excellent host.

| Wonderful place with great view on the water. Close to the beach ( 8-10 minutes walking). Very clean. And last but not least, the owner is very nice and helpful! Thank you again!
