| Our week at Tranquil Bay Lodge was phenomenal. The house is spacious, clean, and well organized.
Lots to keep the kids active: basketball, ping pong, axe throwing, and other activities at the house, or a 5-minute walk to the beach to swim and suntan.
The outdoor space is impressive. Choices between a beautiful outdoor fireplace and fire pit to stay warm on a cool night and eat s'mores and hotdogs, a covered seating areas, a large back deck, or a small intimate spot outside the main bedroom.
Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a clean, well-appointed, activity-packed cottage close to Lake Huron. Everything about Tranquil Bay Lodge delivered beyond expectations—already planning our return!

| We had a memorable week's vacation at Tranquil Bay Lodge. The cottage was well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. All beds including the Murphy bed were comfortable. It is a lot of packing to provide your own pillows and blankets as well as linens but I believe this is in keeping with Selina's efforts to provide a clean environment. Selina was extremely responsive and helpful. We were concerned about the listing saying that smoking was permitted ( allergies ), but it is NOT permitted inside. Selina met us at the cottage to ensure the cottage was smoke-free and even purchased a small charcoal filter to support clean air downstairs. The grounds were spacious allowing us to put up a volleyball net and there were lots of sand toys, etc and a kayak to rent. We loved the ping-pong table. Everything was in excellent working order. For our family of 10 there were just enough plates but it did require us to use the dishwasher quite frequently. You may want to bring more bowls and paper plates. A baby gate would be helpful. Thanks to Selina for her efforts to ensure we had a top notch stay at her cottage. We highly recommend!

Réponse proprio: Totally there are 30 plates in 10-inch big diameter, after you left I bought a few more large plates. There are 10 small plates in about 7-inch diameter and about 12 bowls. If a group of 10 guests eat 3 meals in a day, likely 1 load of dish-washing sufficient. I provided more than enough dishwasher detergent. | |

| We had a wonderful time at this cottage!!! The weather was perfect; the sunsets were awesome and uniting with my sisters and their families at the beach and at different cottages was a LOT of FUN!!! Tranquil Bay Lodge was the perfect size for our family and definitely met our expectations!!!

| Cottage was very clean and well kept upon entry. We were a group of 13. 9 adults and 5 kids Including a 3 mth old. Plenty of space for all inside and out. All beds were comfortable. Main floor sofa reclines flat into a bed for added sleeping space. Lots of space to set up extra blow up mattresses downstairs. Back deck, backyard and outdoor fireplace are beautiful. Garage entertainment was great for when we weren't at the beautiful beach only 5mins away. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

| Wonderful family cottage with everything we needed for both kids and adults. Very clean, amazing location, well stocked with everything needed for cooking, playing outside, and the beach. Huge outdoor space for playing, lounging and eating was an added bonus.
