| Communication with Gary was a breeze, he made the booking and check in process easy and was available to answer my questions. This is a beautiful property with all the amenities. Plenty of space for a family with kiddos - my favourite was the outdoor dining on the deck. It was so nice to get out there every morning to start our day. The beach is ridiculously close and isn't overly populated, giving our family lots of room to lounge and swim. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family escape to Kincardine!

| Beautiful home in a great location for a relaxing vacation. The host replied so quick when I asked and all information related in staying over was provided before our team arrived. Well maintain sweet vacation home with modern and comfortable appointments. Definitely worth a second visit.

| This was one of the most beautiful cottages our group has ever been to. The skylights and incredible kitchen we're gorgeous. Everything is set up/laid out perfectly. Lots of games and things to do! Screened in porch was also awesome. Just a perfect cottage, extremely close to a secluded beach with some of the most friendliest people I've met. Thank you Gary and Emily!

| The Sunshine Beach House lived up to its name! The large front windows and multiple skylights infuse this well-appointed home with light. The various house plants and minimalist and modern decor contribute to a calm, cozy, and relaxing environment. The cottage is located on a quiet and friendly street and is truly a 4 minute walk to a secluded beach. Most mornings, I was the only person there! My family enjoyed watching Ted Lasso on the massive screen in the living room that you can easily pull down to project Apple TV or Netflix. We also appreciated the fact that we could walk into town for dinner or shopping. (15 minutes) My husband had to work for a few days while we were there and the WIFI was excellent. Gary and Emily immediately responded to any questions I had and left detailed notes and instructions. In addition, we found that the early check in and late check out made a tangible difference to our stay. These days are usually lost days spent in travel and getting organized but with these generous times, we truly felt like we had a lengthy vacation. Thanks Gary and Emily! We hope to return next summer.

| Gary and Emily's cottage is one of the most stunning properties I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! They are so easy to communicate with, and provided the most detailed Welcome Package not only with information on the house, but of local activities as well.
My family and I enjoyed a few days of bliss in every beautiful room from quiet work or relaxation in the sun room, watching movies on the projector screen, or luxuriating in the massive master bathroom.
This was our first visit to Kincardine, and we absolutely cannot wait to be back!
